GLP Kompass / SpritzenPilot wird von Marc Hammerschmidt entwickelt. Diese Datenschutzrichtlinie beschreibt die Datenverarbeitung der iOS-App.

Grundsatz

GLP Kompass ist als lokale App konzipiert. Gesundheitsnahe Einträge, die du in der App erfasst, bleiben in dieser Version auf deinem Gerät. Die App betreibt keinen eigenen Server für deine Einträge und verkauft keine Daten.

Welche Daten du lokal erfassen kannst

HealthKit

GLP Kompass kann nach deiner ausdrücklichen Zustimmung Körpergewicht aus Apple HealthKit lesen. Der Import ist optional. Wenn du HealthKit nicht erlaubst, kannst du Gewicht weiterhin manuell erfassen.

Die App schreibt in dieser Version keine Daten in HealthKit. HealthKit-Daten werden nicht für Werbung, Tracking, Weiterverkauf oder Drittanbieter-Analysen genutzt.

Benachrichtigungen

Die App kann lokale Erinnerungen auf deinem Gerät planen. Benachrichtigungen werden lokal über iOS ausgelöst. Erinnerungstexte sind bewusst diskret und enthalten keine Medikamentennamen, Dosierungen, Gewichtswerte oder Symptomdetails.

Käufe und Abonnements

GLP Kompass nutzt StoreKit für Pro-Abonnements. Apple verarbeitet Kauf- und Zahlungsinformationen. Die App übermittelt keine Inhalte deines Journals an StoreKit.

Tracking und Werbung

Die App nutzt kein Werbetracking, keine Tracking-Domains und keine Drittanbieter-SDKs für gesundheitsnahe Analytics.

Export und Löschung

Du kannst lokale Daten über die Datenschutz- und Datenansicht exportieren und alle lokalen App-Daten auf deinem Gerät löschen. Die App-Nutzung nach der Testphase erfordert ein aktives Abo.

Medizinischer Hinweis

GLP Kompass ist kein Medizinprodukt. Die App stellt keine Diagnosen, empfiehlt keine Medikamente, gibt keine Dosierungsempfehlungen und ersetzt keine ärztliche Beratung. Bei medizinischen Fragen, starken oder ungewöhnlichen Beschwerden solltest du qualifizierte medizinische Hilfe kontaktieren.

Änderungen

Diese Datenschutzrichtlinie kann aktualisiert werden, wenn sich Funktionen, Datenflüsse oder rechtliche Anforderungen ändern.

Local-first principle

GLP Kompass is designed as a local app. Health-adjacent entries you create in the app remain on your device in this version. The app does not operate its own server for your journal entries and does not sell data.

Data you can store locally

The app can store the following data locally on your device:

HealthKit

GLP Kompass can read body weight from Apple HealthKit after your explicit permission. The import is optional. If you do not allow HealthKit access, you can still enter weight manually.

The app does not write data to HealthKit in this version. HealthKit data is not used for advertising, tracking, resale, or third-party analytics.

Notifications

The app can schedule local reminders on your device. Notifications are triggered locally by iOS. Notification text is deliberately discreet and does not include medication names, dose labels, weight values, or symptom details.

Purchases and subscriptions

GLP Kompass uses StoreKit for Pro subscriptions. Apple processes purchase and payment information. The app does not send journal contents to StoreKit.

Tracking and advertising

The app does not use advertising tracking, tracking domains, or third-party SDKs for health-adjacent analytics.

Export and deletion

You can export local data from the Privacy & Data view and delete all local app data on your device. Continued app use after the trial requires an active subscription.

Medical notice

GLP Kompass is not a medical device. The app does not diagnose, recommend medication, provide dosing recommendations, or replace medical advice. For medical questions or severe or unusual symptoms, contact qualified medical help.
